Having noted that the trump Q is outstanding, lead a ♦ then and you make the ♠J, either because E plays the Q or ducks it. 11 tricks. Its the crossruffing tempo you need. Notice that no trumps are drawn until you had done the cross ruffing! A trump lead would have enabled you to capture the Q without a guess.
